All material including any intellectual property displayed on the Site ("Content") belongs to Cara's Celtic Ceramics or its suppliers. I, Cara's Celtic Ceramics, hold all rights to all my artwork. This includes sold and unsold originals and commissions. I do not permit my artwork to be resold or reproduced for profit, without my written permission. I retain the right to reproduce any piece of artwork I make.

Payment

Prices listed in the store are the final price per product, not including delivery. Delivery charges will be added during checkout. Payment can be made via Google Pay, Credit or Debit card and this site uses the secure Stripe payment gateway. Any local Customs or Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. An e-mail confirmation will be sent on completion of order.

Shipping

Delivery is made via An Post or other selected delivery providers. Cards can be shipped worldwide. Parcels can be shipped worldwide including Northern Ireland, but not to Great Britain (due to complications with Brexit). If you have any queries around this please contact me at caragh007@gmail.com. Packages are sent via An Post Registered post - with signature for proof of delivery and tracking (depending on destination), or via international courier when required. Shipping cost is based on size and weight of package and this is calculated during the checkout process. Items are generally dispatched within 3-5 working days, although this my be extended during busy periods. I will endeavour to inform customers of any expected delays with dispatch. Please note that in country postal delays are out of my control. Any local Customs or Taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Change of Mind:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind. Please contact me beforehand at Caragh007@gmail.com and let me know the item(s) that you wish to return. Following this request, you will be informed about the return procedure. The shipping costs for a return are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, or as they were delivered. The risks associated with this return are the responsibility of the customer. You are therefore recommended to use a carrier offering tracking and insurance of the returned merchandise. In the event that it is lost or damaged during transport, I can not refund the product and you must make a claim directly with the carrier.

Exceptions to this return policy are commissioned and personalised works, which cannot be returned for refund.

Damaged items:

If an item is faulty or damaged on receipt, you must inform me within 7 days of receiving the item. E-mail me at caragh007@gmail.com, with evidence of damage, for a full refund and return of item, at no extra cost to the customer.
